dasBlog Bans Iranian Users?

It seems that dasblog.info is not accessible from inside Iran because when I used a proxy I could open it in browser. Does anyone have same problem? I think problem is not caused by my ISP.

Anyone knows more??!!

I don't think it's because we've been banned. Why should a website ban users with such stupid method?
